1. About Capital Central

Capital Central is a firm registered with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) under number 609564. Its president, Patrick Lee, holds AMF certificate number 3003499722.

2. Information only

The content of the website is general information about commercial financing. It is not financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, and it is not an offer of credit or a commitment to finance.

Capital Central is not a lender. Financing decisions, rates and conditions are set by the financial institutions, based on their own analysis. A client relationship begins only when a written service agreement is signed with Capital Central.

3. Calculators

The calculators provide estimates for illustration only. Their results depend on the figures you enter and on simplified assumptions; they are not a quote, an approval or a guarantee of financing. Actual payments, rates and eligibility depend on the lender and on your file. Do not make a decision based on these results alone.

4. Financing request form and calls

Submitting the financing request form or booking a call does not create a client relationship and does not guarantee financing. The information you send us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Client platform

Access to the Capital Central platform (app.capitalcentral.ca) is reserved for clients and partners invited by Capital Central, and is governed by the agreements made with them.

6. Intellectual property

The content of the website (text, logo, design, calculators and code) belongs to Capital Central or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print it for your personal use or your company’s internal use. Any other reproduction, distribution or use requires our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, not to try to disrupt its operation or access it without authorization, and not to copy its content or calculators by automated means.

8. Links to other websites

The website links to services run by third parties, such as Typeform and Calendly. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, which are governed by their own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, up to date, or free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Capital Central is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the website or from reliance on its content or on the results of the calculators.

10. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The date at the top of the page shows the version in effect. By continuing to use the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

These terms are available in French and in English. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
